Three plans. One system, built around your business.
Every plan is a complete acquisition system: Google and Meta ads, a website built to convert, and tracking you own, all running under a qualified-call minimum we put in writing. The difference between Launch, Growth, and Market Leader is scale, how many locations you run, how much ad budget your market can absorb, and how much of the system you need. Pick the one that matches where your business is today. You can move up when it doesn’t.
Here’s what’s in each plan: who it’s built for, what runs under the hood, and what you pay, broken into the two line items that make up your monthly investment. Your fee goes to Kodiak. Your ad budget goes straight to Google and Meta. We never touch it.
Launch
Who it’s forA single-location home service business doing roughly $1.5 million or more a year. You’ve built the business on reputation and word of mouth, and you’re ready to add a real acquisition channel instead of hoping the phone rings. Launch is also the right entry point if you’re not at $1.5 million yet but you’re on a clear path there and the budget doesn’t strain the business.
What’s included- Google pay-per-click, or Meta ads if your business is more visually driven (roofing, restoration, windows and siding). We pick the channel that matches how your customers actually search or scroll for you.
- A landing page built to convert the traffic, not a generic contact form.
- Call and conversion tracking, so every dollar traces back to a call.
- Weekly reporting on what came in and what it cost.
- Monthly fee$3,000/mo
- Setup (one-time)$2,000
- Min ad budget$5,000/mo, to Google or Meta
Growth
Who it’s forA growing multi-location business doing $2.5 million to $4 million a year. You’ve outgrown a single channel. You need volume across more than one market, and you need Google and Meta working together instead of picking one. This is where most of the owners we take on land.
What’s included- Google Local Services Ads and pay-per-click, plus Meta ads, plus your Google Business Profile, run as one coordinated system instead of three disconnected accounts.
- A landing page built to convert, tuned per location if your markets are different enough to need it.
- Call and conversion tracking across every location and every channel.
- Weekly reporting, broken out by market, so you can see which locations are pulling their weight.
- Monthly fee$4,000/mo
- Setup (one-time)$3,000
- Min ad budget$9,000/mo, to Google & Meta
Market Leader
Who it’s forAn established multi-location business doing $4 million or more a year. You’ve already proven the ads system works, and you’re ready to own your market instead of renting attention in it month to month. Market Leader adds the layer that compounds: SEO and website optimization on top of the full ads stack, so your cost per lead comes down the longer the system runs instead of staying flat.
What’s included- Everything in Growth: Local Services Ads, pay-per-click, Meta ads, and Google Business Profile management.
- SEO: the organic layer that builds long-term visibility instead of paying for every click. This is the same kind of program that took one of our home-service clients to 3x organic traffic, moved organic from 40% to 60% of their total traffic, and drove 259% growth in their key markets over twelve months.
- Ongoing website optimization, so the site keeps converting as your traffic and your market change.
- Call and conversion tracking, plus weekly reporting across every channel and every location.
- Monthly fee$6,000/mo
- Setup (one-time)$4,000
- Min ad budget$12,000/mo, to Google & Meta
The guarantee, and your side of it.
We put a number in writing: 25, 40, or 60 qualified calls a month, depending on your tier, inside your first 90 days. A qualified call is a homeowner or property manager in your service area with a real service need, ready for a quote within 30 days. Not a click. Not an impression. A call.
We only put a number in writing when we’re confident your market and your ad budget can actually clear it. If the math doesn’t work for your business yet, we’ll tell you that instead of taking the deal.
Here’s what most guarantees do: they promise a refund, or free work, if the number gets missed. That sounds like protection, but it’s not much of one, you’re still down the months you already spent waiting to find out. Ours works differently. There’s no refund clause, because there’s no long-term contract to refund you out of. Every plan is month-to-month. If we miss our number, you leave, you owe us nothing further, and you keep everything we built: the accounts, the landing page, the tracking, the data. The risk sits with us, not with a clause you have to invoke.
For the guarantee to hold, it works as a partnership. On your side:
- Keep your tier’s ad budget funded. The system can’t produce calls on a budget that isn’t running.
- Respond to leads within 2 hours. Speed to lead is the single biggest factor in whether a call turns into a booked job.
- Send us a weekly booking report, so we can see what’s converting and tune the system toward it.
- Close at least 15% of the qualified calls we deliver. We’re accountable for the calls. You’re accountable for closing them, that’s a sales process, not a marketing one.
We deliver the calls. You run your business and close them. That split is the whole partnership.
Every tier includes.
Regardless of which plan fits your business, these run underneath all three:
- ✓Ads management.Your campaigns are built around your business, your service area, and what already makes homeowners choose you, then tuned to your market, not run off a template.
- ✓A website built to convert.Every click lands on a page designed to turn a visitor into a call, not a generic homepage.
- ✓Call and conversion tracking.Every call and form fill is tracked back to the channel and the campaign that produced it, so you know what’s working and what isn’t.
- ✓Weekly reporting. You see the numbers every week, not a quarterly summary you have to take on faith.
- ✓Accounts you own.The ad accounts, the website, the tracking, the customer data, all of it sits under your name. If you ever leave, you leave with everything.
Questions owners actually ask.
Why is ad spend separate from your fee?
Because it’s not ours. Your ad budget is the money Google and Meta charge to put your ads in front of homeowners, and it goes directly to those platforms, not through us. Our fee is what you pay for building, running, and optimizing the system on top of that spend. Keeping the two separate means you always know exactly what you’re paying for media and what you’re paying for the work.
Why is month-to-month a better guarantee than a refund?
A refund gets you your money back after months you already lost waiting to find out something wasn’t working. Month-to-month means you’re never locked into finding out. If the system isn’t hitting the number, you leave that month, owe nothing further, and keep everything we built for you. The protection is in not being stuck, not in getting reimbursed after the fact.
What exactly counts as a “qualified call”?
A homeowner or property manager, in your service area, with a real service need, ready to get a quote within 30 days. It’s not a click, not a form submission from outside your area, and not a robocall. We track and report against that definition specifically, so the number you see is the number that matters.
What if my market can’t support the minimum?
Then we’ll tell you before you sign anything. We only put a call number in writing when we’re confident the market and the ad budget behind it can actually clear it. If your market, your service area, or your current budget can’t get there, we’ll say so and talk through what tier or budget would actually work, instead of taking a deal we don’t believe in.
How fast is the system live, and how fast do calls start coming in?
Setup runs in the first few weeks: campaigns built, landing page live, tracking connected. Calls typically start within that window, not after a quarter of “the campaign needs to learn.” SEO, where it applies at Market Leader, is the layer that keeps compounding after that, it’s not what gets you live.
Can I change tiers later?
Yes. Owners often start at Launch or Growth to prove the system out, then move up to Market Leader once they’re ready to add SEO and own more of their market long-term. Since everything is month-to-month, there’s no contract to break to make that move.
What don’t you do?
We don’t run your sales process, and we don’t close your calls for you. We deliver qualified homeowners ready for a quote. Turning that into a booked job is your crew and your team on the phone. We also don’t manage other marketing channels outside the system, print, radio, sponsorships, unless it’s part of a separate conversation. Ads, your website, and (at Market Leader) SEO are the three things we do, and we do them well.
Do I need a contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can leave at the end of any month, for any reason, and you keep everything we built under your accounts.
What could the calls be worth to your business?
Based on the qualified-call minimum we put in writing. Pick your plan, set your two numbers, and see what it could mean for your business, even at the floor we guarantee. Every figure traces to something you entered or something we guarantee.
A new customer’s total value to your business: the first job plus the repeat work and referrals that follow. For one-time jobs like a roof, it’s just the job.
% of qualified calls you turn into customers. Most owners close higher than 15%; that’s just the minimum to qualify for our guarantee. Set your real rate.

Ad budget is paid directly to Google/Meta, never to Kodiak.
Estimates only. We guarantee the qualified calls in writing; the value depends on what a new customer is worth to your business and how well you close, which is why you set those. Customer value counts repeat work and referrals, so part of it arrives over time, not all in month one. Ad spend is paid directly to Google/Meta, never to Kodiak. Month-to-month: if we don’t deliver, you walk away and keep everything we built. Build spec: roi-calculator-build-spec.md.
